Let’s face it, our workplaces were not created for Black and racialized women to progress and thrive. Most of are regularly harmed by microaggressions on a daily basis, overwork, limited career progression opportunities, and many other examples of systemic racism and discrimination.

The evening is designed to create a safer space to connect, share experiences, build relationships as well as learn from industry leaders (professional starts, challenges (i.e. systemic racism, discrimination, and sexism), pivots, and lessons learned) during a panel discussion.
