Getting a job in the current economy is not easy, especially with the additional barriers such as bias and discrimination that Black and racialized women face during the job hunting process.
As a Health Equity Specialist, I am regularly invited to join hiring panels. Time and again, I see racialized women leave out valuable skills and experiences during interviews, which prevents them from being hired for roles within their reach.
To address this, I have compiled a list of five interview best practices from my experience on panels, which I will be sharing for FREE.
Register below to learn from my years of supporting interview panels. This session will highlight what you should do to fully represent yourself (skills, professional and lived experience) during interviews.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to help you ace your next interview. See you there!
